As a result of the service delivery models agreed with the fish, dairy and meat export industries to support export certification reform in 2011, it was agreed that the audit of registered establishments that prepare fish, eggs, dairy and some meat products for export as food may be undertaken by persons approved by the department to carry out this activity—Approved auditors.
