Use this template to provide manufacturing details and export information to the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment when product that is subject to a food recall, trace-back or investigation has been exported.
Email completed inventories to: Dairy Eggs Fish.
Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) will normally coordinate food recalls and guide export registered manufacturing establishments through the process of providing all information regarding the product and export records, so this table will be covered by checklists provided by FSANZ in most instances.
