Request for permission to dispose of goods/conveyance

​​A person may request permission to dispose of goods and/or a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control and for which a Biosecurity Control Notice or Biosecurity Risk Managemen​t Notice has been issued. 

This form is to be completed by the person seeking permission to dispose of the goods and/or conveyance. It is the responsibility of the person requesting the permission to ensure that they are legally able to dispose of the goods or conveyance in the proposed manner.

The completed form is to be submitted to treatments@aff.gov.au.
