Capability review
The Transformation Action Plan was developed in response to a Capability Review of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This review was undertaken between May and August 2023 as part of the Australian Government’s broader APS reform agenda.
The report identified areas for capability improvement across the 5 domains of the capability review framework:
- leadership and culture
- collaboration
- delivery
- people
- resourcing and risk.
See the capability review report (Australian Public Service Commission website).
