Indexed list of files

We publish a listing of all files we’ve created or updated in the past 12 months. We’re required to do this by Senate Order 12—Indexed lists of departmental and agency files.

What’s not included

The listings don’t include:

• files transferred to the National Archives
• case related files
• files related to the internal administration of the agency

We may replace words with an ‘###’. We’ve deleted them because they refer to:

• commercially confidential information
• identifiable personal information
• matters of national security
• deliberations of Cabinet
