Food type
Fish species identified as those used in aquaculture production, fresh, chilled or frozen.
Crustaceans that are fresh, chilled or frozen, cooked or raw.
Note: Test applies to all crustaceans unless you provide a government certificate declaring ‘wild caught’, ‘not from farmed or aquaculture sources’ or similar that is specific to that consignment.
Exclusions
Food from New Zealand.
Inspection and testing
We refer consignments of certain fish species and crustaceans for antimicrobial residue testing at the rate of 5%. During inspection, we will also conduct a visual and label assessment.
