​Important notice for levy payers affected by cyclones or bushfires

The Department of Agriculture is aware that many levy payers in the community, and their families and businesses, have been threatened or adversely affected by recent cyclones or bushfires.

We appreciate that you may not be able to contact us or pay outstanding debts at this time.

The department has taken steps to allow levy payers affected by these events to focus on their more immediate concerns. We will still email our regular reminders for Levy Returns & Payments Overdue and Levy Returns Due Within 7 days to levy payers but will assess, case by case, requests for additional time to lodge returns and/or deal with outstanding payments.

Please contact your regional Levies office if you are in an affected region and would like to discuss a payment arrangement.
