Levy Recipient Portal

​The Levy Recipient Portal will give you access to information about disbursements, levy rates and levy payer information, if a levy payer register is being kept by the relevant research and development corporation.

You can also view your details, including contacts, addresses and authorised users.

Privacy

Personal information means any information or opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

By submitting your registration form or saving your personal details in the Levy Recipient Portal, you consent to the collection of all personal information contained in the registration form or in the Levy Recipient Portal.

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources collects your personal information (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988) for the purpose of providing you with access to the Levy Recipient Portal and related purposes.The personal information collected may include information in relation to your business, including your ABN, business name, contact person details, email address, physical address and phone number.

You are not required to provide this information, but if you do not provide the relevant personal information requested, we may not be able to grant you access to the Levy Recipient Portal.

The department will not disclose the personal information relating to verifying identity or ownership of ABN to any third parties.
