This list is referenced in section 32(3) and (4) of the Biosecurity (Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2021, section 23(2) and (3) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Christmas Island) Determination 2016, section 24(2) and (3) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Determination 2016, and section 23(2) and (3) of the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods – Norfolk Island) Determination 2016 (Goods Determinations).

This list contains conditionally non-prohibited goods which are subject to specific conditions of import, as outlined in the Goods Determinations.
