The EXDOC help desk provides support to all clients using the EXDOC system for the creation and processing of Requests For Permits (RFP's).
The helpdesk is contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
In-office support is available between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm (Eastern Standard Time) with an on call officer providing support outside these hours for urgent airfreights and emergencies only.
