Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this unscheduled outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this unscheduled outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this unscheduled.
Information
Due to an unscheduled outage to the department’s online payment portal, invoicing services are unavailable in the following systems:
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Online Payment Service (OPP)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
Action
Clients are advised to avoid making payments through the above listed systems. The department is investigating this issue as a high priority and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
The department will advise once this issue has been resolved.
