Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to access invoices using the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned outage.
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage.
Information
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Online Payment Service (OPP) and Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Thursday 03 October to 00:00 Friday 04 October 2019 (AEST).
BICON will be available during this time, however clients may encounter error messages when attempting to submit new permit applications or view invoices related to previously submitted applications.
Action
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
