Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this outage period.
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this outage period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this outage period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this outage period.
Information
Due to urgent maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System, Post Entry Biosecurity System and Online Payment Service will be unavailable from 23:30 Thursday 29 August to 00:15 Friday 30 August 2019 (AEST).
BICON will be available during this time, however clients may encounter error messages when attempting to view invoices related to previously submitted applications.
Action
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
