Who does this notice affect?
Plant importers who have consignments at the government operated post-entry quarantine (PEQ) facility at Mickleham.
Information
The department is aware of an issue where the monthly invoices for some consignments has not been generated for the month of March. The cause of the issue has been identified and is being resolved. The department has contacted each impacted client via email with further information.
The result of this issue is that some clients will receive one invoice on the 1st of May which combines the charges for both March and April 2017. We would like to take this opportunity to reassure the impacted clients that the total amount required to pay for the months of March and April has not changed, only that they will be combined onto one invoice.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to thank you for your understanding as we resolve this issue.
