The rebate is to assist with 2014-15 export registration charges. Applications close on 31 October 2014. All eligible export establishments are encouraged to apply.
To apply for the rebate, export registered establishments must complete the rebate application form and submit to the department of Agriculture by 31 October 2014. Application forms were recently sent out to all export registered establishments. The rebate form is also available on the department’s website.
To be eligible for the rebate, you must:
- have an export registered establishment in 2014-15
- complete and submit the rebate application form by 31 October 2014
- have annual revenues from export activities from your registered establishment of less than $10 million in 2013-14 and less than $20 million total revenue (domestic and export) in 2013-14.
The rebate will be for 50 percent of export registration charges to a maximum amount of $5,000.
A separate application must be provided for each registered establishment, if you have more than one. For establishments with multiple registrations, it is important to advise the department in the covering email, if you are applying for multiple rebates.
