Purpose
To inform Industry and Authorised Officers of the phytosanitary requirements for nuts (in shell and shelled) for human consumption to Hong Kong.
Background
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has received advice from the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department of Hong Kong on the phytosanitary requirements for the export of nuts to Hong Kong.
Key Points
Phytosanitary requirements for nuts (in shell and shelled) for human consumption are:
- No import permit is required.
- No phytosanitary certificate is required.
