This Industry Advice Notice is to advise that the the European and International Sanitary Affairs Branch of the French Ministry of Agriculture – France, will no longer accept electronically generated signatures on phytosanitary certificates generated through the EXDOC system for all horticulture, grain and plant products exported from Australia.
The French Ministry advises that phytosanitary certificates from Australia that bear electronically generated rather than original signatures will no longer be accepted as of 1 July 2011.
From 1 July 2011, plant product exports (grain and horticulture) to France will require manual certification until further notice.
