This Industry Advice Notice is to advise of a change to the contact for EXDOC users that are returning documents such as phytosanitary certificates that have been printed on AQIS security paper.
Please be advised that effective immediately all phytosanitary certificates or other export certificates that are to be returned to AQIS, must be sent to:

This applies to certificates or documents issued for the following commodities:
Grains, mung beans, pulses, seeds, oilseeds, rice, dried nuts, fodder (including hay and straw) straw, forest products (e.g. sawn timber, logs and woodchips), fibre crops (e.g. cotton, lint and hemp) and processed plant products such as stockfeed and flour.
In compliance with the EXDOC Security Paper Approved Arrangement, when a replacement certificate/document has been issued the original certificate/document must be returned to AQIS within 5 working days of receipt of the replacement.
