This Market Access Advice replaces MAA12/18.
Further to MAA12/16, routine (5%) on-arrival testing requirements have resumed for all bivalve shellfish harvested from South Australia and New South Wales waters. Bivalve shellfish harvested from all other Australian states remain subject to 100 per cent testing for PST on arrival in Japan.
Industry will be advised of any further changes to this requirement.
