Who does this notice affect?
Stakeholders in the import and shipping industries—including vessel masters, freight forwarders, offshore treatment providers, Biosecurity Industry Participants, importers, customs brokers, principal agents and master consolidators.
What has changed?
Yukselis Liman Hizmetleri ve Ilaclama Ambalaj San. TIC. LTD. STI. (AEI: TR4021SB) was previously placed under review following identification of suspected non-compliance - Import Industry Advice Notice 83-2025. The review found unsatisfactory evidence of compliance with requirements and identified a failure to implement conditions of reinstatement. As a result, the treatment provider Yukselis Liman Hizmetleri ve Ilaclama Ambalaj San. TIC. LTD. STI. (AEI: TR4021SB) has been listed as ‘suspended’ on the List of treatment providers.
The department may direct any consignments treated by Yukselis Liman Hizmetleri ve Ilaclama Ambalaj San. TIC. LTD. STI. (AEI: TR4021SB) including those in-transit, for any action considered reasonable to manage the biosecurity risk posed.
All treatment certification issued by the treatment provider will be considered unacceptable from the suspension date, regardless of the treatment/issue date on the treatment certificate. This includes certification issued both before and after the change in their status.

Consignments or goods are classified as ‘in transit’ when they have left the country of origin but have not yet been cleared through the border in Australia. Please refer to Biosecurity Import Conditions system (BICON) for onshore outcomes.
