Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to use Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry web-based applications during this planned maintenance period.
All users of the Seasonal Pests (SeaPest) system.
All clients required to use the eCertificate exports portal who will be required to view or download export certification during this planned maintenance period.
All clients required to use the Export / Next Export Documentation (EXDOC/NEXDOC) systems during this planned maintenance period.
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view electronic government certificates (eCertificates) and relevant attachments online via external verification for eCertificates (EVE) as part of document assessment for imported goods.
All clients submitting the below declarations:
- Full Import Declaration (FID)
- Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
- Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
- Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
- Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)
- Master Consolidator Declaration Forms
Information
Due to scheduled network maintenance, users of the following systems may experience a brief outage of up to 5 minutes between 23:00 Thursday 10 April to 05:00 Friday 11 April 2025 (AEST):
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- eCertificates Exports Portal
- EVE
- EXDOC/NEXDOC
- Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
- SeaPest
Messaging between DAFF systems and the Department of Home Affairs Integrated Cargo System will also queue and send following the conclusion of the 5-minute outage.
Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above-listed declaration types may also experience some delays in receiving these responses as these may queue and send following the conclusion of the outage.
Action
Users are advised to avoid using web-based departmental applications during the above maintenance window.
