Who does this notice affect?
All clients making payments to the department via the systems below:
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Maritime Arrival Reporting System (MARS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
- Plant Export Management System (PEMS)
Information
Between 03:30 and 12:45 on Tuesday 30 April 2024 (AEST) there was an unplanned service disruption, causing payment statuses to be incorrectly reflected and preventing the issuance of invoices/receipts for the following systems:
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Maritime Arrival Reporting System (MARS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
- Plant Export Management System (PEMS)
These issues have now been resolved and invoices/receipts are now being issued as normal, with the backlog of failed invoices/receipts now sent.
Payment statuses are now also being reflected correctly as normal.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
