Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) pathway.
Information
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the following systems may experience several intermittent service disruptions and/or outages from 20:00 Tuesday 17 December to 02:00 Wednesday 18 December 2024 (AEDT):
- Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP)
- Biosecurity Portal – ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’)
The following systems and login pathways are not impacted during the outage window and will be accessible as normal:
- Biosecurity Portal – ‘Sign in with your Digital ID’ (myID) pathway
- Biosecurity Cargo Status Tracker (BCST)
- External verification for eCertificates (EVE)
Action
Clients of the above-listed impacted systems are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
