Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections via email.

Detail:
The department is aware of an unplanned service disruption to the emailing services associated with Requests for Inspections (RFI). As a result, some users may not be receiving email notifications advising when an RFI has been received by the department, or when an inspection booking has been confirmed.

For clients requiring URGENT booking requests/amendments:
Please contact the department on 1800 900 090 for enquires relating to your booking request.
This issue is under investigation by the department. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
