Who does this notice affect?
All international airline operators, ground handlers, airport operators and international airline representatives.
What has changed?
The department has revised the current aircraft ‘Arrivals’ contact email address. The new email is Conveyance.Aircraft@aff.gov.au.
From 2 December 2024, emails sent to the previous ‘Arrivals’ email address will be forwarded to the new ‘Aircraft Conveyance’ email for a period of up to 8 weeks.
Stakeholders using the previous email address during this period will be advised of the changes.
What do you need to do?
We encourage all clients to check the department’s Aircraft - DAFF webpage for information pertaining to arriving international aircraft.
