Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your digital ID’ (myID) pathway.

Detail:
The Biosecurity Portal is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may receive an error message when attempting to log in via the ‘Sign in with your digital ID’ (myID) pathway.
Clients are still able to access the Biosecurity Portal through the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (Other User) pathway.
This issue is being investigated as a high priority and the department will advise once resolved. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Action
For clients experiencing issues, please reattempt to log in.
For clients who have reattempted to login (unsuccessfully) and are still experiencing issues:
a) If you require submission of urgent booking requests/amendments:
Please send your inspection request via email to one of the following email addresses:
- Australian Capital Territory sites: ImportsRFIACT@agriculture.gov.au
- New South Wales sites: ImportsRFINSW@agriculture.gov.au
- Queensland, South Australian and Northern Territory sites: ImportsRFI@agriculture.gov.au
- Victorian sites: ImportsRFIVIC@agriculture.gov.au
- Western Australian sites: ImportsRFIWA@agriculture.gov.au

b) If you require booking requests/amendments which are not urgent:
Please await the restoration of the Biosecurity Portal’s ‘Sign in with your digital ID’ (myID) pathway before attempting to access these services.
