Who does this notice affect?
All vessel owners, operators, masters and shipping agents who represent international vessels arriving into NSW.
What has changed?
The department has revised the maritime vessel contact details for NSW on the Vessel Contacts webpage.
From 23 August 2024, emails sent to the previous email addresses will be forwarded to the new address for a period of up to two weeks. Stakeholders using the old email addresses will receive an auto reply advising them of the changes.
From 23 August 2024, phone calls directed to old numbers will divert to the new numbers for a period of up to two weeks.
Stakeholders using the old phone numbers during the two weeks will be advised of the changes.
Phone calls and emails to the old contacts after this time will no longer be monitored.
What do you need to do?
Stakeholders are encouraged to check the Vessel Contacts webpage for updated contact information.
