Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders attempting to reset their password through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) login method.

Detail:
The unplanned service disruption to the Biosecurity Portal has been resolved. Clients can now reset their password in the Biosecurity Portal via the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) pathway as normal.
