Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders attempting to reset their password through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) login method.

Detail:
The Biosecurity Portal is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients may be unable to reset their password via the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) pathway.
This issue is being investigated as a high priority and the department will advise once resolved. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Action
Users are advised to await restoration of the ‘Forgot your password’ feature of the Biosecurity Portal’s ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) login method before attempting to reset their password.
