Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to create new permit applications or access existing application documents within the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system.
Information
Between 13:50 and 16:50 on Tuesday 21 May 2024 (AEST), there was an issue with the department’s IT infrastructure, resulting in some BICON users being unable to use the following BICON services:
- Create new import permit applications
- Access help files
- Account management such as password resets, creating new accounts or joining existing accounts
- Access hyperlink resources saved as documents
These issues have now been resolved and clients can now access all BICON services as normal.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
