Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for import inspection, via email or through the Biosecurity Portal.
Information
The department’s messaging infrastructure experienced an unplanned service disruption between 10:30 and 15:15 Friday 10 February 2023 (AEDT). As a result, client’s requesting new inspection bookings or expecting modifications to existing bookings may not have received confirmation emails.
Action
No action required. The department is currently resending all failed emails.
