Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to submit permit applications and access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.
Information
The outage to the following systems will no longer occur:
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Online Payment Service (OPS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
Clients will no longer be impacted when attempting to view invoices or make payments in BICON and MARS.
The maintenance will be rescheduled for a later date.
