All clients lodging Self Assessed Clearances.
Information
Detail:
The Import Management System (IMS) system is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption.
- Departmental officers are unable to access IMS.
- There will be delays between ICS and IMS messaging
- Messages will be queued and sent at the conclusion of the outage
Action
This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
