Who does this notice affect?

All clients attempting to submit permit applications using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system.

Detail:

The Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption.

Some clients are unable to submit new import permit applications.
In some instances, application submission is failing though funds are being taken.

This issue is being investigated as a priority and the department will advise once resolved.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
