Who does this notice affect?
All air cargo importers who are waiting on Biosecurity officers to screen cargo.

Detail:
The Integrated Cargo System (ICS) is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. As a result, Biosecurity officers are unable to launch the application resulting in delays to Air Cargo Importers awaiting their cargo to be screened.
Action
This issue is under urgent investigation by the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
The department will advise once the issue is resolved. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
