Who does this notice affect?
CAPEC clients (DHL, FedEx and UPS) and clients who utilise the department’s Self-Assessed Clearance Paperless (SAC Paperless) system.
Information
Due to infrastructure maintenance, processing of incoming Self-Assessed Clearance (SAC) entries will be delayed from 14:15 to 15:15 Sunday 17 September 2023 (AEST).
All incoming messages and documentation will be queued and sent at the conclusion of the outage.
Action
Clients anticipating assessment outcomes for SAC entries should expect delays during this planned maintenance period. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
