Biosecurity industry participants who hold an approved arrangement, importers, customs brokers, freight-forwarders and other stakeholders.

We are updating the approved arrangements section of our website and invite you to share your feedback to help guide its future design. By taking this short survey you will provide us with a greater understanding of your requirements, what works now and what we can do to improve your experience.

The approved arrangements program team will review all responses and will consider how improvements can be made. While all responses will be reviewed and considered we may be unable to incorporate all suggestions into the webpage redesign.
The approved arrangements webpages contain information about the approval and maintenance of an arrangement, this includes:
- Applying for an approved arrangement
- Class conditions for operating approved arrangements
- Training and accredited person requirements
- Fit and proper person test
- General policies detailing how the department monitors compliance
- Changing, varying, suspending, or revoking an approved arrangement
- A published list of sites operating under an approved arrangement
- Information specific to class 19 approved arrangements
