Who does this notice affect?
All clients who are required to lodge inspection requests through The Biosecurity Portal, using the ‘Other Users’ log in method.
Information
The Biosecurity Portal is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients who log in through the ‘Other Users’ pathway may not receive booking confirmation emails in some instances.
Clients that log in through MyGov Digital Identity are not affected.
Action
Clients can contact the department on 1800 900 090 for an update on a request for inspection if visibility is lost through the portal. Clients are also encouraged to have their goods ready for inspection until this issue is resolved.
This issue is being investigated as a high priority and the department will advise once resolved. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
