Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for import inspections using the Biosecurity Portal.
Information
The Biosecurity Portal is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, clients registered through MyGov Digital Identity are unable to submit new import inspection requests.
Action
While The Portal is unavailable, clients are advised to send new inspection requests via email to one of the following email addresses.
Note: If you have already submitted a portal request, do not submit an email request as well.

- Australian Capital Territory sites: ImportsRFIACT@agriculture.gov.au
- New South Wales sites: ImportsRFINSW@agriculture.gov.au

- Victorian sites: ImportsRFIVIC@agriculture.gov.au
- Western Australian sites: ImportsRFIWA@agriculture.gov.au
