Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to contact the department via phone.
Information
The department is currently experiencing intermittent telephony connectivity issues. As a result, clients may experience unexpected call dropouts or be unable to contact the department.
Our third-party telephony provider is currently investigating the issue as a priority. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Action
If your call is urgent, please try to call again and inform our staff about the drop out.
The department will advise when this issue has been resolved.
