Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this service disruption.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this service disruption.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this service disruption.
Information
Due to urgent infrastructure maintenance, users may experience service disruption if attempting to make payment through the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Online Payment Service (OPS) or the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) from 23:30 to 23:45 Thursday 10 February 2022 (AEDT).
Action
Clients are advised to avoid making payments in the above listed systems for the duration of the maintenance period.
