All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this service disruption.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this service disruption.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this service disruption.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this service disruption.
Information
Due to urgent infrastructure maintenance, users may experience degraded performance if attempting to submit lodgements, bookings or make payments through the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Online Payment Service (OPS), Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) or the Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS). These systems will however remain available during the maintenance window from 21:00 to 21:40 Tuesday 28 June 2022 (AEST).

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
