Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage.
Information
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Online Payment Service (OPS) and the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) will be unavailable from 01:00 to 05:00 Wednesday 06 October 2021 (AEDT).
Action
Clients are advised to avoid using the above listed systems for the duration of the maintenance period.
