- StarTrack clients (Sydney and Melbourne)
Information
For SAC entries that have been upgraded to AIMS, CAPEC clients (DHL, FedEx and UPS) and StarTrack clients (Sydney and Melbourne) may experience delays in clearance of goods where release status are not mapping over in ICS after final records have been issued. The department is aware of the issue and is investigating as a priority.
Expected resolution is 4 June 2021.
Action
Client who have received a final release but the status in the ICS has not updated to reflect that, please contact the department for the outstanding holds to be manually lifted.
