Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.
Information
ANZ will be conducting system maintenance from 01:00 to 05:00 Wednesday 03 June 2020 (AEST).
During this time, clients may be intermittently unable to progress payments through the below systems:
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Online Payment Service (OPP)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
Action
Clients are advised to avoid making payments in the above listed systems during this planned maintenance period.
