Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned maintenance period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.
Information
ANZ will be conducting network maintenance from 20:00 Saturday 02 May to 20:00 Sunday 03 May 2020 (AEST).
Clients may be unable to progress payments through the below systems between 20:00 and 20:05 Saturday 02 May 2020 (AEST):
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Online Payment Service (OPP)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
Action
Clients are advised to avoid making payments in the above listed systems during this planned outage period.
