Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage period.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned outage period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
Information
Due to system maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System, Maritime Arrivals Reporting System, Online Payment Service and Post Entry Biosecurity System will be unavailable from 23:30 Thursday 10 September to 04:30 Friday 11 September 2020 (AEST).
Action
Clients are advised to avoid using the above listed systems during this outage period.
