Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
All exporters of plants who will be required to submit inspection results or supporting plant export documentation during this planned outage.
Information
Due to urgent maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System, Online Payment Service, Post Entry Biosecurity System, and Plant Export Management System will experience a brief service interruption from 14:30 Monday 06 January 2020 (AEDT).
Clients will experience a brief (5 seconds) drop in connectivity shortly after 14:30 and may need to refresh their browsers to reconnect.
Action
Clients are advised to avoid using the above listed systems during this brief maintenance period.
