Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to use the department’s Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
Information
Some users were unable to lodge documents or request reassessments in the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS).
Action
The issue has been resolved and users are able to access the system as normal.
