Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
All exporters of plants who require to submit inspection results or supporting plant export documentation.

UPDATE: This scheduled maintenance has been cancelled and an outage will not occur at the time below. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS), Online Payment Service (OPP), Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) and the Plant Exports Management System (PEMS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Friday 10 May to 04:00 Saturday 11 May 2019 (AEST).
